Podcast/feedburner

For my podcast I did a short review of feedburner.com

Like Tracy, I used Garage Band to create the podcast (being on a Mac, it comes for free). It is really powerful in its editing capabilities (great for removing dead air and most of the "uhms"). I has some background music, but I removed it for fear of copyright violation (sad).

As you can see I hosted it at podbean. They give your the source to paste into your blog entry to add a player.

Thanks for the PodBean site information. I always wanted to create a podcast and now I know where I can host them. I see they allow 5 gigabytes of bandwidth monthly and the ability to store up to 100 megabytes of podcasts for free. They call it a basic or entry level account.

Fun, informative podcast, Dave! I hope that you leave the site online as it is a grand view at this final term in your doctoral program. *grins*

Regarding music, the last class used some copyright friendly music to turn their photos into music videos using Animoto. I was very surprised as this was beyond the scope of the class, yet a great way to remember a cohort's final class.

Keep in touch! *waves*
