This is just not right. As a former electronics engineer, I am horrified at the idea of stuffing a circuit board in the dishwasher. This is a bit like the Moon landings. I know you're telling me that you've done this and survived but I just can't quite believe it. I will try to convince someone at work to give it a go - we have a dishwasher there they can use.
I cringed too the first time I heard of cleaning keyboards and other components in a shower. The caveat is to make sure the components are DRY before plugging them in!

*laughs* I have *still* not put my G15 in the dishwasher and give the washfer a glare at the thought of it.
If I try it with an older keyboard, I'll let you know. *grins*
